Journeys to Care

TRA Group, Inc. is proud to announce its upcoming annual fundraiser, Journeys of Care, taking place on Saturday, November 1, 2025. This celebratory program will bring together community leaders, volunteers, partners, and supporters. Journeys of Care celebrates TRA’s mission to provide free, non-emergency medical transportation, advocacy, and resources for older adults and individuals with low vision across Westchester, Putnam, and southwest Fairfield Counties.

This year’s Journeys of Care celebration will honor two outstanding individuals for their volunteer service, Arleen Zuckerman and Alan Dindas, as well as TRA’s outstanding corporate partner PKF O’Connor Davies, who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to TRA’s mission and made meaningful contributions to the community.

Through these awards, TRA recognizes the extraordinary commitment of local partners and volunteers whose compassion and generosity help ensure that no one is left without access to essential care or connection.

“Our annual fundraiser is a celebration of compassion in motion,” shares Rose Cappa-Rotunno, TRA Board Secretary and Chair of the Development & Marketing Committee. “Every volunteer driver, sponsor, and supporter plays a role in helping our neighbors live with dignity and independence. The work TRA does truly changes lives; not only for the people we serve, but also for those of us who are fortunate to be part of this mission. This event is an opportunity to come together in gratitude and recognize the community that makes every ride possible.”
