WE’RE DRIVING INDEPENDENCE

 

When you’re not able to drive, getting to medical appointments can be challenging.

 

TRA’s volunteer driver program offers an option.

To qualify for rides with TRA, you must be aged 60+ or aged 21+ with low vision, not able to drive yourself, and need to travel to medical appointments.

 

Sign up and become a registered rider to access transportation options to see your doctor, dentist, physical therapist, or other healthcare providers in Westchester County.

 

Please note, TRA is unable to accommodate riders who use wheelchairs without a caregiver to assist. TRA cannot transport minors.

 

Please complete the Register to Ride Application linked below or call us at 914-764-3533 and TRA staff will help with the application and answer your questions.

 

Once we receive your application and your waiver of liability, with your original signature, we will approve your application.
