Do you know the basic road signs that you must know as a driver? Road signs are invaluable to drivers. Signs can tell you about traffic rules, hazards, where you are and how to get where you are going. They can also tell you where services are available.

There’s a code to the shape and color of signs that indicate the type of information provided.

• Regulation signs are normally white rectangles with black letters or symbols (some can be different shapes and may use red letters or symbols).
• Warning Signs normally are yellow and diamond shaped with black letters or symbols.
• Destination Signs – green with white letters and symbols.

• Service Signs – blue with white letters and symbols.
