New York State Office for the Aging has produced a series of video tutorials to help older adults apply for some of the common benefits such as Medicare, HEAP, STAR tax rebates, SNAP food assistance and more. These NYSOFA video tutorials help older adults apply for benefits and are available at your convenience.
During the pandemic many offices which had provided one-on-one assistance applying for benefits were closed, this new series will be available online 24/7 for everyone to learn more about how to get the help they need.
