After you submit the form, the call center team will call to complete your application and answer any questions. We will then mail you a welcome letter and insurance-required waiver of liability for you to sign and return with your original signature via snail mail.
Remember, to qualify for rides with TRA, you must be aged 60+ or aged 21+ with low vision, not able to drive yourself, and need to travel to medical appointments. Please note, TRA is unable to accommodate riders who use wheelchairs without a caregiver to assist.
TRA cannot transport minors.
