To apply to ride with TRA Group, Inc., you can register in one of two ways:
Option 1 – Online: Fill out our registration form by clicking the link below.
Option 2 – By Phone: Call the TRA Call Center at (914) 764-3533 to begin the registration process.
Once registered, we will send you a Welcome Letter along with our Rider Rights & Responsibilities brochure, a waiver of liability, and a return envelope.
Once we receive your signed waiver of liability with your original signature, we will notify you that your profile has been approved and you may begin requesting rides!
Please note that our insurance company requires original signatures on the waiver of liability for all riders (clients, caregivers) and volunteer drivers.
