We welcome our friends from RideConnect during the transition of their services to the TRA Group. All of us want to ensure that the transition of your profile from RideConnect to TRA Group goes smoothly for you.
We strongly recommend that you follow RideConnect’s instructions for providing consent to RideConnect to share your information with TRA. Feel free to contact RideConnect if you have questions about their data transfer process. Their number (until 12/31/25) is 914-242-7433.
Click here to send your consents to RideConnect which will notify our ride management information system to upload your profile to TRA’s platform.
If you give your consents to RideConnect via the above link, you will not need to register directly with TRA Group via the TRA website.
Once the TRA Group is granted access to your profile, we will send you a Welcome letter with Rider Rights & Responsibilities brochure, a waiver of liability, and a return envelope. Our insurance company requires that we have in our files original signatures on the wavier of liability for all riders (clients, caregivers).
Note that there may be an interruption in service if you delay providing RideConnect consent to share your profile.
