Congratulation Rose Cappa Rotunno, recently awarded a Daily Point of Light Award. Rose serves as Secretary on the TRA Board of Directors. Well deserved!

Rose serves on the Board of Directors at TRA Group, Inc., where she leads marketing and fundraising efforts to support non-emergency medical transportation for older adults and individuals with disabilities.” Daily Points of Light
In an interview Rose explained her committment to TRA:
“TRA is a free medical rides service for seniors and people who need transportation to procedures and doctors’ appointments. It collaborates well with what I do for my day job. I work at an adult community that provides continuum of care – everything from independent living to rehab to adult day care to assisted living to memory care. Volunteering with TRA was a nice way to find some continuity. It also takes things to the next step, because TRA has an advocacy and education arm, so people can call for directions and information, just to make their lives easier, age in place with dignity and health.”
At TRA, we rely on Rose’s expertise in marketing and fundraising and know she’s always ready with a new idea or a positive suggestion, and ready to work with staff on promoting TRA and our mission.
