Risk factors include:
– lack of physical activity
– uncontrolled diabetes
– high blood pressure
– hearing loss
– tobacco and alcohol use

Healthy lifestyle habits can benefit brain health:
– stay physically active
– prevent or manage diabetes
– manage your blood pressure
– prevent or correct hearing loss
– try to limit or avoid drinking and smoking
