TRA Shopping Mini-Bus Rides in Ossining, Peekskill,
Yorktown & New Rochelle
TRA Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of the Shopping Mini-Bus service for older adults- offering weekly rides to local grocery stores and shopping destinations, but seats are limited.
Each town has its own weekly route:
- Yorktown/Somers — Tuesdays, with stops alternating between Walmart & ShopRite in Cortlandt Manor, Trader Joe’s in Yorktown Heights and the Beach Shopping Center in Peekskill
- Ossining/Briarcliff — Wednesdays, to ShopRite in Croton-on-Hudson
- Peekskill — Thursdays, alternating between Walmart & ShopRite in Mohegan Lake and the Beach Shopping Center in Peekskill
- New Rochelle — Fridays, with stops at Costco in New Rochelle and ShopRite in Pelham
Pick-up stops are located near concentrations of older adult housing in each community.
Registration with TRA is required. Reservations are required by phone two days ahead.
