A Rainy but Good Day at the Hispanic American Festival

It was raining! It was pouring! That didn’t stop TRA’s Executive Director, Catherine Wynkoop, and Manager of Volunteer Engagement, Laura Rua Rúa Reidy. They enjoyed a rainy but good day at the Hispanic American Festival at Kensico Dam. It was an opportunity to learn more about Westchester’s Hispanic Culture and spread the good word about TRA’s programs.
