We are proud to announce that TRA Group, Inc. has achieved national accreditation from Inform USA for its aging and disability information services. Inform USA (formerly known as the Alliance of Information & Referral Systems) is the leading membership and standard-setting organization for Community Navigation Services.
Inform USA accreditation is earned through a rigorous, 18-month multi-stage review process that evaluates an organization’s service delivery, cooperative community relationships, disaster preparedness, organizational effectiveness, and resource database management against national best-practice standards. Accreditation is valid for five years and is recognized as the gold standard for Community Navigation and 211-style services.
We’re also proud to share that all of TRA’s eligible call center staff hold Inform USA professional certification, with newer team members currently completing the certification process, ensuring that every caller is connected with a team that meets a rigorous, nationally recognized standard for knowledge and skill in Community Navigation.
